Covid-19 Update April 2022
- People with symptoms of a respiratory infection, including COVID-19, and a high temperature or feel unwell, to try to stay at home and avoid contact with other people until they feel well enough to resume normal activities and they no longer have a high temperature.
- Anyone with a positive COVID-19 test result will be advised to try and stay at home and avoid contact with other people for 5 days, which is when they are most infectious. Please note for children and young people under 18 the advise is 3 days.
- Contacts of those with Covid are not required to self-isolate nor take daily LFT's and can continue to attend work/school.
